Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: June 21, 2026
At Mii Maker, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our visitors to do the same. This page explains who owns the content on this site, how third-party games are presented, and how copyright holders can request the removal of infringing material.
1. Original Content on This Site
All original text, graphics, layout, and design elements created by Mii Maker — including game descriptions, guides, FAQs, and page structure — are the property of Mii Maker and are protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our original written content without permission.
2. Third-Party Games
Some games available on Mii Maker are embedded from third-party providers using iframe technology. These games are hosted on external servers and remain the property of their respective developers, publishers, and rights holders. Mii Maker does not host these game files and does not claim ownership of any third-party game content. We embed these games solely so that players can access them conveniently in their browser.
If you are a game developer or publisher and you would prefer that we do not embed your game, please contact us using the DMCA procedure below and we will remove it promptly.
3. Trademarks
All trademarks, service marks, character names, and brand names mentioned or appearing on this site — including but not limited to "Mii," "Nintendo," and the names of individual games and their developers — are the property of their respective owners. Mii Maker is an independent fan website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Nintendo, SYBO Games, Bearbit Studios, or any other company whose products may be referenced or featured. Any reference to a trademark is for identification and informational purposes only.
